๐ง Why This Works for Me
Meal prepping with simple ingredients helps me:
- Save money ๐ต
- Avoid takeout temptation ๐
- I was spending $20-35 + multiple times and meals a week from Doordash or Ubereats.
- I’m trying to limit deliveries and eating out. I plan to only go to restaurants for birthdays or events of my close friends or family. Other than that, since it’s just me I will try to adhere to meal prepping ahead of time to save and stay on budget.
- Stay consistent with health & fitness goals ๐ช
- Prioritize paying down debt ๐ณ
Hope this gives you some budget grocery inspiration! I will try to do this at least once or twice a month to provide ideas and insights to how I am trying to save and budget.
